Fresca is the exclusive distributor for Fresca bath products. We specialize in wholesaling luxurious bathroom products including bathroom vanities, faucets, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels and a variety of other contemporary bathroom accessories. New models and products are added frequently so that we can offer the latest trends and styles in bathroom design. We offer an incredible selection at the lowest prices! Also, the quality of our products and service is at the utmost importance. We work very closely with our dealers and distributors to build a solid foundation for years of successful business.
Fresca accepts all major credit cards or wire transfers. For prepaid dealers, all payments must be paid in full before any merchandise leaves our warehouse. Dealers who move larger volumes can also apply for payment terms. A credit application and references will be required. An agreement, supplied by the applying dealer, will also need to be signed by both parties. Please check with Fresca for more details.
Purchase orders are accepted via email only. If an item is in stock, the standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give an estimated replenish date. Prepaid dealer orders must be shipped out within 3 business days from the date the Final Payment notification email is sent. Any order where payment is not received is subject to cancellation and subsequent fees. Email all orders to [email protected]
Orders that are in a processing status can be successfully cancelled with our customer service team. Please send those requests to [email protected]. Once an order has moved to a fulfillment status and is staged for carrier pickup, we cannot guarantee your request. All orders cancelled after fulfillment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
All Fresca products that are advertised on an ecommerce website, newspaper ad, television commercial or any other form of advertisement must adhere to our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy. Any violators of the MAP policy will be suspended and may lead to account closure.
Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/UPS (for smaller items). Prepaid freight charges will be added to your invoice. Dealers also have the option to use their own freight company, please make a notation on your Purchase order for this option. Prepaid LTL shipments are curbside delivery only, unless otherwise requested. Ship times vary upon final destination; however, the average transit time is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Please contact Fresca directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
If there is visible damage to your shipment, you will be required to inspect the package. Please make sure to note all damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt. If there are major visible damages, please refuse the entire shipment. If only a minor part is damaged, please accept and report all issues to Fresca immediately. All damages, missing items, or mis-ship items must be reported within 2 business days of the delivery date. To properly submit a damage claim, we require photos of box condition & item condition (both zoom in and zoom out) so we can properly assess the damage. Please send all pictures to [email protected]. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement and your claim/request may be denied.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Dept. No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by Fresca. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, and it is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging, original box, and all product manuals. (Installed items do not qualify to be returned). Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.
All Fresca products carry a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, which includes all bathroom vanities, sinks, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels and bathroom accessories. If, under normal use and after proper installation by a licensed professional, a Fresca product should ever have a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Fresca will provide FREE OF CHARGE the parts necessary to resolve the issue, including a full replacement of the product if necessary, at the manufacturer’s discretion. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required for all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by non-Fresca parts will void this warranty.
This warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Fresca will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any Fresca product. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injury, or costs of any nature relating to the item. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions, and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
Depending on the jurisdiction, some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, country to country. RGM Distribution will supply proper instructions on making warranty claims. All Fresca products are designed for indoor use only. Warranty is not transferable.
In order to fulfill parts requests, photos or video of the damaged/defective part or item may be required. This is necessary to determine resolution. If photos cannot be submitted for any reason, the damaged/defective part must be shipped to our warehouse, at the customer’s expense. The part will then be carefully inspected, and then necessary action will be taken based on the inspection, including full reimbursement of all expenses if necessary. This does not pertain to missing or damaged parts that fall under the Receiving Shipment rules and must be reported to Fresca within 48 hours of delivery. All Fresca parts orders carry a 90-day limited warranty.
DISPLAYING DEALER PROGRAM
Fresca offers a display program to our dealers where any Fresca item can be purchased for display purposes in your showroom at an additional discount off the regular wholesale price. Please note that the additional discount will be given AFTER pictures of the actual item(s) displayed in the showroom are submitted. If at least 3 vanities are purchased for display, you will then become a Displaying Dealer, which then your pricing will move to TIER4. Please check with your Fresca rep for more information.
All authorized Fresca dealers must advertise our products as “Fresca”. Our model names and descriptions must also be used. Selling our products without our Fresca name is prohibited.
The privacy of our dealers and customers is very important to us. All online forms are securely encrypted to prevent security theft of personal information. We will not share this information with other marketing or 3rd party companies.
